01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and h7777 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the h7777 website at h7777.vu, the h7777 mobile application, and all betting, gaming and payment services provided through those channels.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and h7777. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus offer communication, these Terms will take precedence.

h7777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The platform is intended for use by residents and users in Pakistan. All transactions on h7777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform is consistent with applicable local rules and norms in their jurisdiction.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To use h7777's betting and gaming services you must register a personal account. When registering you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

• Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You must not register an account on behalf of another person or share your login credentials with anyone else.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested.
• h7777 may carry out identity verification ("KYC") checks at registration or at any point during your account's lifetime. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions or closure.
• Accounts found to be duplicates, or accounts created using false information, will be closed and any funds held subject to investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. h7777 will never ask you to share your password via any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

h7777 processes all account transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallet options as made available from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your h7777 account balance following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer timelines depend on the processing times of the user's bank. h7777 does not charge platform fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the h7777 payments team during business hours. PKR payouts via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Raast transfers are processed rapidly once approved.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been verified and is registered in your own name.
• h7777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account verification is pending.
• Deposits made using a bonus or promotional offer may be subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed — see Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• h7777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems or network issues outside the platform's control.

04 Betting Rules & Market Policies

All bets placed on h7777 are subject to the platform's betting rules. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant market rules for that sport or event. The following general rules apply across all sports and casino games on the platform.

Bet Placement: Bets are only valid once confirmed by the h7777 system and a bet reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, the bet will not be considered valid unless a confirmation reference has been generated. It is the user's responsibility to verify that bets have been accepted before assuming they are active.

Cricket & PSL Markets: Cricket betting on h7777 covers Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, Pakistan international fixtures, T20 tournaments, ODI and Test series. Ball-by-ball live in-play markets operate in real time — odds may be suspended during play stoppages, reviews or data feed interruptions. Settlement of cricket markets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, h7777 will apply standard cricket market settlement rules appropriate to the format.

Football & Other Sports: Football markets are settled based on the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular play unless otherwise stated. Esports markets are settled based on the official result published by the tournament organiser. h7777 reserves the right to void or re-settle markets where an official result is subsequently changed, or where it becomes evident that the result was affected by circumstances outside normal sporting competition.

• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error may be voided at h7777's discretion. A manifest error is an obvious and verifiable mistake in odds pricing.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. h7777 will not be held liable for bets accepted during a feed delay.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the betslip and may vary by sport, market type and account tier.
• h7777 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any event, market or account at its discretion without prior notice.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance following official result confirmation. Disputed results will be placed on hold pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

h7777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual offer. In case of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence over these general bonus terms.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your account at the time specified in the offer communication.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be specified in the offer details — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus value in eligible bets before withdrawal is permitted).
• Only bets placed with real money (not bonus funds) count towards wagering requirements unless specifically stated otherwise in the offer.
• h7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Users with active bonus wagering requirements will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

06 Prohibited Conduct & Account Closure

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on h7777. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account for any reason, including to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider to recover funds already used on the platform, or using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Collusion & Match Manipulation: Coordinating with other users or any third party to manipulate betting outcomes, or placing bets with prior knowledge of match-fixing.
• Arbitrage & Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting odds differences or promotional offers in a way that is inconsistent with genuine recreational betting.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts or automated tools to place bets or access the platform in ways not intended for human users.
• Underage Use: Attempting to register or use the platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access for anyone under 18.

h7777 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, subject to settling any legitimate outstanding balances after investigation. Users who believe their account has been closed in error may contact support to request a review.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the h7777 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, odds data, game content and trademarks — is the property of h7777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any part of the h7777 platform or its content without express written permission from h7777.

08 Privacy & Data

h7777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating an account you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained and what rights you have over your data.

• h7777 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• h7777's total liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits h7777's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You use the h7777 platform at your own risk. Betting and gaming involve the risk of financial loss. You should only bet amounts you can comfortably afford to lose.

11 Amendments to These Terms

h7777 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
